Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: We set out with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) from Makkah Mukarramah towards Madinah Munawwarah. When we reached the valley of Azraq, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: Which valley is this? The people replied: This is the valley of Azraq. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It is as if I am seeing right now Sayyiduna Musa (peace be upon him). Then the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned the length of his hair and his complexion (and said): He has placed both his fingers in both his ears and, reciting the words of Talbiyah, is passing through this valley beseeching Allah Almighty. The narrator says: Then we moved ahead from this valley and we came—Dawud, the narrator, has mentioned this—I think these words are in the narration: We came to the pass called Harsha. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: Which pass is this? We replied: This is the Harsha pass. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It is as if I am seeing right now Sayyiduna Yunus (peace be upon him), riding his red camel, whose bridle is made of palm fibers. He is wearing a woolen cloak and, passing through this pass, is reciting the Talbiyah in a loud voice.
