Hadith 3799

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ الأَنْصَارِيُّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ تَلْبِيَةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ لا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ ، إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ ، لا شَرِيكَ لَكَ " ، قَالَ نَافِعٌ : وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ يَزِيدُ فِيهَا : لَبَّيْكَ وَسَعْدَيْكَ ، لَبَّيْكَ وَالرَّغْبَاءُ إِلَيْكَ وَالْعَمَلُ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The words of the Talbiyah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) were: "Here I am, O Allah! Here I am. There is no partner for You, here I am. Surely, all praise and blessings are for You, and the sovereignty as well. There is no partner for You." Nafi' narrates: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to add these words: "Here I am, happiness can be attained from You. Here I am, inclination is towards You and the command also returns to You."
