Hadith 3798

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بِبُسْتَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الطَّالَقَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " بَيْنَمَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَمْشِي فِي بَطْنِ الرَّوْحَاءِ إِذْ أَقْبَلَ وَفْدٌ ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنْهُمْ : مَنْ أَنْتُمْ ؟ ، فَقَالَ : نَحْنُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ ، ثُمَّ قَالَتِ امْرَأَةٌ : مَنْ أَنْتَ ؟ ، قَالَ : أَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ، فَأَخْرَجَتْ صَبِيًّا ، فَقَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلِهَذَا حَجٌّ ؟ ، فَقَالَ : وَلَكِ أَجْرٌ " .
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates: Once, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was passing through the lower area of "Ruhā." Some people came from the front, and one of them asked: Who are you people? The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) replied: We are Muslims. Then a woman asked: Who are you? The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: I am the Messenger of Allah. The woman brought out her child and asked: O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! Has this child's Hajj been performed? The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: (Yes,) and you will also receive the reward.
