أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَفْلَحُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ ، وَلَيَالِي الْحَجِّ ، وَحَرَمِ الْحَجِّ ، حَتَّى نَزَلْنَا بِسَرِفَ ، قَالَتْ : فَخَرَجَ إِلَى الصَّحَابَةِ ، فَقَالَ : " مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ ، وَأَحَبَّ أَنْ يَجْعَلَهَا عَمْرَةً فَلْيَفْعَلْ ، وَمَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ الْهَدْيُ ، فَلا " ، قَالَتْ : فَالآخِذُ بِهَا ، وَالتَّارِكُ لَهَا مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ ، قَالَتْ : فَأَمَّا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَرِجَالٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ ، فَكَانُوا أَهَلَ قُوَّةٍ ، وَكَانَ مَعَهُمُ الْهَدْيُ ، فَلَمْ يَقْدِرُوا عَلَى الْعُمْرَةِ ، قَالَتْ : فَدَخَلَ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَأَنَا أَبْكِي ، فَقَالَ : " مَا يُبْكِيكِ يَا هَنْتَاهُ ؟ " ، قُلْتُ : قَدْ سَمِعْتُ قَوْلَكَ لأَصْحَابِكَ ، فَمُنِعْتُ الْعُمْرَةَ ، قَالَ : " وَمَا شَأْنُكِ ؟ " ، قُلْتُ : لا أُصَلِّي ، قَالَ : " فَلا يَضُرُّكِ ، إِنَّمَا أَنْتِ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ بَنَاتِ آدَمَ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكِ مَا كَتَبَ عَلَيْهِنَّ ، فَكُونِي فِي حَجَّتِكِ فَعَسَى أَنْ تُدْرِكِيهَا " ، قَالَتْ : فَخَرَجْنَا فِي حَجَّتِهِ حَتَّى قَدِمْنَا مِنًى فَطَهَرْتُ ، ثُمَّ خَرَجْتُ مِنْ مِنًى ، فَأَفَضْتُ الْبَيْتَ ، قَالَتْ : ثُمَّ خَرَجْتُ مَعَهُ فِي النَّفْرِ الآخَرِ حَتَّى نَزَلَ الْمُحَصَّبُ ، وَنَزَلْنَا مَعَهُ ، فَدَعَا عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، فَقَالَ : " اخْرُجْ بِأُخْتِكَ مِنَ الْحَرَمِ ، فَلْتُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ ، ثُمَّ افْرُغَا ، ثُمَّ ائْتِيَا هَا هُنَا ، فَإِنِّي أَنْظُرُكُمَا حَتَّى تَأْتِيَانِي " ، قَالَتْ : فَخَرَجْتُ لِذَلِكَ حَتَّى فَرَغْتُ ، وَفَرَغْتُ مِنَ الطَّوَافِ ، ثُمَّ جِئْتُهُ سَحْرًا ، فَقَالَ : " هَلْ فَرَغْتُمْ ؟ " ، قُلْتُ : نَعَمْ ، قَالَ : " فَآذَنَ بِالرَّحِيلِ فِي أَصْحَابِهِ ، فَارْتَحَلَ النَّاسُ ، فَمَرَّ بِالْبَيْتِ قَبْلَ صَلاةِ الصُّبْحِ ، فَطَافَ بِهِ ، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَرَكِبَ ، ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ مُتَوَجِّهًا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ " .
Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: We set out in the months of Hajj, during the days of Hajj, in the state of Ihram for Hajj, along with the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). When we camped at the place called "Sarif," the Prophet (peace be upon him) went to his companions. He said: Whoever among you does not have a sacrificial animal with him and wishes to convert his intention to Umrah, may do so, but whoever has a sacrificial animal with him cannot do so. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Some people acted upon this command and some left it. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: As for the Prophet (peace be upon him) and some of his companions who were well-off and had sacrificial animals with them, they could not convert to Umrah. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace be upon him) came to me and I was crying. He said: O woman, why are you crying? I said: I heard your instruction to your companions, but now I cannot perform Umrah. The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked: What has happened to you? I said: I cannot perform prayer. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Then there is no harm upon you. You are a woman from among the daughters of Adam. Allah has decreed for you what He has decreed for them. Continue with your Hajj. You will also get the opportunity for Umrah. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Then we set out for Hajj, we reached Mina, then I became pure (from menstruation). Then I left Mina and performed the Tawaf al-Ifadah. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: At the time of the final departure, I set out with the Prophet (peace be upon him) until the Prophet (peace be upon him) camped at the valley of Muhassab, and we camped with him. The Prophet (peace be upon him) called for Abdur Rahman bin Abu Bakr and said: Take your sister outside the Haram and let her perform Umrah, then when you both are finished, come to such-and-such place, I will wait for your arrival. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: So I set out for this task. Then I completed it, then I completed the Tawaf. Then I came there at the time of Suhoor, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) asked: Have you both finished? I said: Yes. So the Prophet (peace be upon him) ordered his companions to depart. The people prepared for departure. The Prophet (peace be upon him) passed by the Ka'bah before the morning prayer, performed its Tawaf, then left from there and mounted (his ride). Then he set out facing towards Madinah Munawwarah.
