Abu Ishaq narrated from Harith that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "A person may wear trousers if he does not find an izar (waist-wrapper), and a person may wear socks if he does not find shoes." Hammad bin Zaid said: I said: What is the matter with your companion? He says it like this.
