Hadith 3760

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السَّامِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْمَقَابِرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : وَأَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ أَنَّهُ ، سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : " أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ أَنْ يُهِلُّوا مِنْ ذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ ، وَأَهْلَ الشَّامِ مِنَ الْجُحْفَةِ ، وَأَهْلَ نَجْدٍ مِنْ قَرْنٍ " . قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ : وَأُخْبِرْتُ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " وَيُهِلُّ أَهْلَ الْيَمَنِ مِنْ يلَمْلَمَ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) instructed the people of Madinah to assume Ihram from Dhu’l-Hulayfah, the people of Sham from Juhfah, and the people of Najd from Qarn. Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: I have been informed that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: The people of Yemen will assume Ihram from Yalamlam.
