Hadith 3695

أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَوْضِيُّ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سُمَيًّا يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " الْحِجَّةُ الْمَبْرُورَةُ لَيْسَ لَهَا ثَوَابٌ إِلا الْجَنَّةُ ، وَالْعُمْرَةُ إِلَى الْعُمْرَةِ تُكَفِّرُ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates this statement of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him: "The reward for an accepted Hajj is nothing except Paradise, and one ‘Umrah becomes an expiation for the sins committed between it and the next ‘Umrah."
