أَخْبَرَنَا
الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ الأَنْصَارِيُّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا
أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ
مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ
هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ
أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ
عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَقُولُ : " إِنْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيُقَبِّلُ بَعْضَ نِسَائِهِ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ " ، ثُمَّ تَضْحَكُ ، قَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : كَانَ الْمُصْطَفَى صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمْلَكُ النَّاسِ لإِرْبِهِ ، وَكَانَ يُقَبِّلُ نِسَاءَهُ إِذَا كَانَ صَائِمًا ، أَرَادَ بِهِ التَّعْلِيمَ أَنَّ مِثْلَ هَذَا الْفِعْلِ مِمَّنْ يَمْلِكُ إِرْبَهُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ جَائِزٌ ، وَكَانَ يَتَنَكَّبُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اسْتِعْمَالَ مِثْلِهِ إِذَا كَانَتْ هِيَ صَائِمَةٌ ، عِلَمَا مِنْهُ بِمَا رُكِّبَ فِي النِّسَاءِ مِنَ الضَّعْفِ عِنْدَ الأَسْبَابِ الَّتِي تَرِدُ عَلَيْهِنَّ ، فَكَانَ يُبْقِي عَلَيْهِنَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِتَرْكِ استعمال ذَلِكَ الْفِعْلِ إِذَا كُنَّ بِتِلْكَ الْحَالَةِ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَكُونَ بَيْنَ هَذَيْنِ الْخَبَرَيْنِ تَضَادٌ أَوْ تَهَاتُرٌ .
Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to kiss one of his noble wives while he was fasting, then she smiled. (Imam Ibn Hibban, may Allah have mercy on him, says:): The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) had the greatest control over his desires. Even so, he used to kiss his wives while fasting. Through this, the intention is to teach that whoever has control over his desires, it is permissible for him to do such an act while fasting. However, when his wives were fasting, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would refrain from such acts. Because he knew that for women, in such a situation, it is difficult to control themselves. So the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would abstain from this act and let their condition remain. When they were in that state, in this way, there remains no contradiction or difference between the two narrations.
