Hadith 3508

أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلْمٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الُوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي قُرَّةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنِ الزُهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " قَالَ الْغَنِيُّ جَلَّ وَعَلا : أَحَبُّ عِبَادِي إِلَيَّ أَعْجَلُهُمْ فِطْرًا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "The Rich (i.e., Allah Almighty) says: Among My servants, the most beloved to Me are those who hasten in breaking the fast."
