Hadith 3286

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفِيَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ الْحِزَامِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَا كَانَ بَعْلا ، أَوْ يُسْقَى بِنَهَرٍ ، أَوْ عَثَرِيًّا يُؤْخَذُ مِنْ كُلِّ عَشَرَةٍ وَاحِدٌ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "That which is irrigated by rainfall or by rivers, and that which is 'ushri, one-tenth will be taken from it."
