Hadith 3276

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ يَحِيَى الْحَسَّانِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ يَحِيَى الْمَازِنِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا يَحِلُّ فِي الْبُرِّ وَالتَّمْرِ زَكَاةٌ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسُقٍ ، وَلا يَحِلُّ فِي الُوَرِقِ زَكَاةٌ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ خَمْسَ أَوَاقٍ ، وَلا يَحِلُّ فِي الإِبِلِ زَكَاةٌ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ خَمْسَ ذَوْدٍ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Zakat is not obligatory on wheat and dates until they reach five wasq. Zakat is not obligatory on silver until it reaches five uqiyyah. Zakat is not obligatory on camels until they reach five camels."
