Hadith 3112

أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لِلْقَبْرِ ضَغْطَةٌ لَوْ نَجَا مِنْهَا أَحَدٌ ، لَنَجَا مِنْهَا سَعْدُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ " .
Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates this statement of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him): The grave squeezes (every deceased person); if anyone were to be saved from it, Saad bin Muadh would have been saved from it.
