باب الصدق والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر - ذكر كتبة الله جل وعلا الصدقة لمن يأمر بالمعروف وينهى عن المنكر إذا تعرى فيهما عن العلل-Chapter on Truthfulness and Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil – Allah records charity for those who enjoin good and forbid evil if done sincerely.
Hadith 299

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ الْقُطَيْعِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الِلَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " عَلَى كُلِّ مَنْسِمٍ مِنْ بَنِي آدَمَ صَدَقَةٌ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ " ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ : وَمَنْ يُطِيقُ هَذَا ؟ قَالَ : " أَمْرٌ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ صَدَقَةٌ ، وَنَهِيَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ صَدَقَةٌ ، وَالْحَمْلُ عَلَى الضَّعِيفِ صَدَقَةٌ ، وَكُلُّ خُطْوَةٍ يَخْطُوهَا أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى الصَّلاةِ صَدَقَةٌ " .
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "It is obligatory to give charity for every joint of the children of Adam every day." One of those present asked: Who has the ability to do this? The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Enjoining good is charity, forbidding evil is charity, helping a weak person by lifting his load is charity, and when any one of you walks towards the prayer, every step of his is charity."
