Sayyiduna Salman al-Farsi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever performs ghusl on the day of Jumu'ah and purifies himself as much as possible, then applies oil or uses perfume from his house, then goes out for Jumu'ah and does not separate two people (i.e., does not push between them), then prays as much as is written for him (i.e., Sunnah or Nafl prayers), then when the Imam comes out, he remains silent (and listens to his sermon), then his sins between this Jumu'ah and the next Jumu'ah are forgiven."
