Hadith 2711

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا قَدِمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ قَالَ : " آيِبُونَ تَائِبُونَ عَابِدُونَ لِرَبِّنَا حَامِدُونَ " .
Sayyiduna Bara’ (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would return from a journey, he would recite: “We are returning, repenting, worshipping, and praising our Lord.”
