Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Whenever the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) returned from any expedition, Hajj, or Umrah, he would say Takbeer three times upon ascending any height, then recite this: "There is no deity except Allah, He is One, He has no partner, to Him belongs the dominion, to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things. (We are) those who return (to Him), those who repent, those who worship, those who prostrate, those who praise our Lord. Allah has fulfilled His promise, helped His servant, and defeated the armies (of the enemy) alone."
