Hadith 2661

أَخْبَرَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى السَّاجِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : صَلَّى بِنَا عَلْقَمَةُ الظُّهْرَ خَمْسًا ، فَقَالَ لَهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ ، فَقَالَ : وَأَنْتَ يَا أَعْوَرُ ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ ، قَالَ : " فَسَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ " ، ثُمَّ حَدَّثَ عَلْقَمَةُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ .
Ibrahim bin Suwaid narrates: Alqamah led us in five rak'ahs in the Zuhr prayer, so Ibrahim said to him: "You have made a mistake." He replied: "O one-eyed! Do you also say this?" Ibrahim answered: "Yes!" So the narrator states: He performed the prostration of forgetfulness (sajda sahw) twice, then Alqamah narrated a similar hadith from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) on the authority of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him).
