Hadith 2561

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " فِي اللَّيْلِ سَاعَةٌ لا يُوَافِقُهَا رَجُلٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ خَيْرًا مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ ، إِلا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ " .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "There is an hour during the night in which, if any Muslim servant asks Allah Almighty for any good of this world or the Hereafter, Allah Almighty will grant it to him."
