Hadith 2334

أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " خَرَجَ فِي حُلَّةٍ حَمْرَاءَ ، فَرُكِزَتْ عَنَزَةٌ ، فَصَلَّى إِلَيْهَا يَمُرُّ مِنْ وَرَائِهَا الْكَلْبُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ وَالْحِمَارُ " .
Aun bin Abu Juhaifa narrates from his father: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) came wearing a red cloak. A spear was fixed in the ground. The Prophet (peace be upon him) faced it and performed prayer. On the other side of it, dogs, women, and donkeys were passing by.
