Hadith 2208

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَبِي ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَكُمُ النِّسَاءُ إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ فَأْذَنُوا لَهُنَّ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "When women seek permission from you to go to the mosque, then grant them permission."
