Hadith 2058

أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ صَلَّى الْعِشَاءَ وَالْغَدَاةَ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ ، فَكَأَنَّمَا قَامَ اللَّيْلَ " .
Sayyiduna Uthman Ghani (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Whoever performs the Fajr and Isha prayers in congregation, it is as if he has spent the entire night in voluntary prayers."
