باب شروط الصلاة - ذكر خبر قد يوهم من لم يحكم صناعة الحديث أن الزجر عن الصلاة في أعطان الإبل إنما زجر لأنها من الشياطين خلقتChapter on Conditions of Prayer - Report that might mislead some into thinking prayer is forbidden in camel enclosures because camels are from devils.
Hadith 1702

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفِيانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " صَلُّوا فِي مَرَابِضِ الْغَنَمِ ، وَلا تُصَلُّوا فِي مَعَاطِنِ الإِبِلِ ، فَإِنَّهَا خُلِقَتْ مِنَ الشَّيَاطِينِ " . قَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ : قَوْلُهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " فَإِنَّهَا خُلِقَتْ مِنَ الشَّيَاطِينِ " أَرَادَ بِهِ أَنَّ مَعَهَا الشَّيَاطِينَ وَهَكَذَا قَوْلُهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " فَلْيَدْرَأْهُ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ ، فَإِنْ أَبَى فَلْيُقَاتِلْهُ ، فَإِنَّهُ شَيْطَانٌ " ، ثُمَّ قَالَ فِي خَبَرِ صَدَقَةَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : فَلْيُقَاتِلْهُ ، فَإِنَّ مَعَهُ الْقَرِينَ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mughaffal (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Offer prayer in sheep enclosures, but do not offer prayer in camel enclosures, for they have been created from devils." (Imam Ibn Hibban, may Allah have mercy on him, says: The statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), "they have been created from devils," means that devils are with them. The following statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is also of this nature: "He should try to push him away as much as possible, and if he (the other person) does not comply, then he (the one praying) should fight with him, for he (the other person) will be a devil." Sadaqah bin Yasar has narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) with these words: "So he (the one praying) should fight with him, for with him (the one passing in front) will be a companion (i.e., a devil)."
