فصل في الأوقات المنهي عنها - ذكر خبر ثان يصرح بإجازة صلاة من أدرك ركعة منها قبل طلوع الشمس وأخرى بعدها ضد قول من أفسد عليه صلاتهSection on Prohibited Times - Second report permitting completion of Fajr if one rak’ah is caught before sunrise and another after, contrary to those who invalidate it.

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الأَزْدِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنَ الْعَصْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَهَا ، وَمَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنَ الْفَجْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ وَرَكْعَةً بَعْدَ مَا تَطْلُعُ الشَّمْسُ ، فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَهَا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates this statement of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever catches one rak'ah of the 'Asr prayer before the sun sets has caught that prayer, and whoever catches one rak'ah of the Fajr prayer before the sun rises and performs one rak'ah after the sun has risen, then he has caught that (Fajr) prayer."
