فصل في الأوقات المنهي عنها - ذكر خبر ينفي الريب عن القلوب بأن الزجر عن الصلاة بعد الصبح وبعد العصر لم يرد به الفرائض والفوائتSection on Prohibited Times - Report removing doubt that the prohibition after Fajr and Asr does not include obligatory or missed prayers.
Hadith 1557

أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمْ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، وَعَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، وَعَنِ الأَعْرَجِ ، يُحَدِّثُونَهُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنَ الصُّبْحِ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الصَّلاةَ ، وَمَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنَ الْعَصْرِ قَبْلَ غُرُوبِ الشَّمْسِ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الصَّلاةَ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates this statement of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever catches one rak'ah of the morning prayer before the sun rises has caught the prayer, and whoever catches one rak'ah of the afternoon prayer before the sun sets has caught the prayer."
