أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ الْقَارِئُ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ : أَنَّهَا سُئِلَتْ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُجَامِعُ فَلا يُنْزِلُ الْمَاءَ ، قَالَتْ : " فَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ أَنَا ، وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَاغْتَسَلْنَا مِنْهُ جَمِيعًا " .
It is narrated about Sayyida Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) that she was asked about a person who has intercourse but does not ejaculate. Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) replied: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and I used to do so, but we both would perform ghusl (ritual bath) in that case.
