Hadith 1114

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ مَرْوَانَ ، عَنْ بُسْرَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ مَسَّ فَرْجَهُ ، فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ " . قَالَ عُرْوَةُ : فَسَأَلْتُ بُسْرَةَ ، فَصَدَّقَتْهُ . .
Sayyida Busrah bint Safwan (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Whoever touches his private part should perform ablution. Urwah says: I asked Sayyida Busrah (may Allah be pleased with her) about this, and she confirmed it.
