Hadith 1074

أَخْبَرَنَا حَاجِبُ بْنُ أَرْكِينَ ، بِدِمَشْقَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ : " أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ بَيْتَهُ يَبْدَأُ بِالسِّوَاكِ " .
Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Whenever the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would enter the house, he would first use the miswak.
