Hadith 989
989/1311 (Sahih) From Aisha: A man sought permission to enter upon the Prophet, peace be upon him, and he said: "Permit him, what a bad brother of his tribe he is." When he entered, he spoke to him gently (and in another narration: he was cheerful with him/338). So I said: O Messenger of Allah! You said what you said, then you spoke gently to him? He said: "O Aisha! The worst of people is the one whom people leave— or abandon— to avoid his foul language." (And in a third narration: "Indeed, Allah does not love the obscene, foul-mouthed one.")(1).
