Hadith 977
977/1287 (صحيح) عن أبي هريرة، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إياكم والظن؛ فإن الظن أكذب الحديث، ولا تجسسوا، ولا تنافسوا، ولا تدابروا، ولا تحاسدوا، ولا تباغضوا، وكونوا- عباد الله – إخوانا".
977/1287 (Sahih) From Abu Huraira, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Beware of suspicion; for suspicion is the most false of speech. Do not spy, do not compete, do not turn your backs on one another, do not envy one another, do not hate one another, and be—O servants of Allah—brothers."

Hadith 978
978/1288 (صحيح) عن أنس قال: بينما النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مع امرأة من نسائه، إذ مرّ به رجل، فدعاه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: "يا فلان[إن] هذه زوجتي فلانة"! قال: من كنت أظن به فلم أكن أظن بك، قال: " إن الشيطان يجري من ابن آدم مجرى الدم".
978/1288 (Sahih) From Anas who said: While the Prophet, peace be upon him, was with a woman from among his wives, a man passed by him. The Prophet, peace be upon him, called him and said: "O so-and-so[إن], this is my wife so-and-so!" He said: I would not have suspected you of anything, O Messenger of Allah. He said: "Indeed, Satan flows through the son of Adam as blood flows."

979/1289 (صحيح الإسناد) عن عبد الله (1) قال: " ما يزال المسروق منه يتظنى(2) حتى يصير أعظم من السارق".
979/1289 (Sahih al-Isnad) from Abdullah (1) who said: "The one from whom something is stolen continues to suspect (2) until he becomes greater than the thief."
