Hadith 965
965/1273(صحيح الإسناد موقوفاً)عن نافع : " أن عبد الله بن عمر كان إذا وجد أحداً من أهله يلعب بالنرد ضربه، وكسرها".
965/1273 (Authentic chain, Mawquf) From Nafi‘: "Abdullah ibn Umar, whenever he found any of his family playing with dice, he would strike him and break it."
Hadith 966
966/1274(حسن الإسناد موقوف) عن عائشة رضي الله عنها: أنها بلغها أن أهل بيت في دارها- كانوا سكاناً فيها- عندهم نرد، فأرسلت إليهم: "لئن لم تُخرجوها لأخرجنكم من داري"، وأنكرت ذلك عليهم.
966/1274 (Hasan al-Isnad, Mawquf) from Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her: It reached her that a family in her house—they were tenants in it—had dice, so she sent to them: "If you do not remove it, I will evict you from my house," and she denounced that upon them.
Hadith 967
967/1275 (حسن الإسناد موقوف) عن كلثوم بن جبر قال: خطبنا ابن الزبير، فقال: " يا أهل مكة! بغلني عن رجال من قريش يلعبون بلعبة يقال لها: النردشير- وكان أعسر(3)- قال والله: ?إنما الخمر والميسر?[المائدة: 90]، وإني أحلف بالله: لا أوتى برجل لعب بها إلا عاقبته في شعره وبشره، وأعطيت سلبه لمن أتاني به".
967/1275 (Hasan al-Isnad, Mawquf) from Kulthum ibn Jabr who said: Ibn al-Zubayr addressed us and said: "O people of Mecca! It has reached me that some men from Quraysh are playing a game called nardashir—and he was left-handed(3)—he said: By Allah, ?Intoxicants and gambling?[المائدة: 90], and I swear by Allah: if I am brought a man who played it, I will punish him in his hair and his skin, and I will give his belongings to whoever brings him to me."
Hadith 968
968/1277 (صحيح الإسناد موقوف) عن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص قال: "اللاعب بالفصين قماراً؛ كآكل لحم الخنزير، واللاعب بهما غير قمار، كالغامس يده في دم خنزير".
968/1277 (authentic chain, mawquf) from Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As who said: "The one who plays with the two stones as gambling is like the eater of pork, and the one who plays with them not as gambling is like the one who dips his hand in the blood of a pig."
