Hadith 887
887/1159 (صحيح) عن ابن عباس، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من صور صورة(1) كلف أن ينفخ فيه وعُذب، ولن ينفخ فيه ومن تحلم(4) كلف أن يعقد شعيرتين وعُذب، ولن يعقد بينهما. ومن استمع إلى حديث قوم[وهم] يفرون منه، صب في أذنيه الآنك"(5).
887/1159 (Sahih) From Ibn Abbas, from the Prophet, peace be upon him, who said: "Whoever creates an image(1) will be tasked to breathe life into it and will be punished, but he will not be able to breathe life into it. And whoever claims to have seen a dream(4) will be tasked to tie two grains of barley together and will be punished, but he will not be able to tie them together. And whoever listens to the conversation of a people[وهم] who try to avoid him, molten lead will be poured into his ears."(5)
