Hadith 838
838/1096 (صحيح) عن جابر؛ أنه سمع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: "إذا دخل الرجل بيته، فذكر الله عز وجل عند دخوله، وعند طعامه. قال الشيطان: لا مبيت لكم ولا عشاء، وإذا دخل، فلم يذكر الله عند دخوله. قال الشيطان: أدركتم المبيت، وإن لم يذكر الله عند طعامه. قال الشيطان: أدركتم المبيت والعشاء".
838/1096 (Sahih) From Jabir; that he heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "When a man enters his house and mentions Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, at his entrance and at his food, Satan says: 'You have no lodging and no dinner.' But if he enters and does not mention Allah at his entrance, Satan says: 'You have caught lodging.' And if he does not mention Allah at his food, Satan says: 'You have caught lodging and dinner.'"
