Hadith 827
827/1079 (Hasan al-Isnad) from Mu'awiyah ibn Hudayj who said: I came to Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, and I asked permission to enter upon him. They said to me: Stay where you are until he comes out to you. So I sat near his door. He came out to me and called for water, then performed ablution and wiped over his leather socks. I said: O Commander of the Faithful! Is this because of urine? He said: "Because of urine, or anything else."
