Hadith 813
813/1059 (صحيح الإسناد) عن علقمة قال: جاء رجل إلى عبد الله، قال: أستأذن على أمي؟ فقال: " ما على كل أحيانها تُحبّ أن تراها".
813/1059 (Authentic chain) From Alqama who said: A man came to Abdullah and said: "Should I ask permission before entering upon my mother?" He replied: "Not at all times does she wish to see you."
Hadith 814
814/1060 (حسن الإسناد) عن مسلم بن نُذير قال: سأل رجل حذيفة، فقال: أستأذِن على أمّي؟ فقال: " إن لم تستأذن عليها رأيت ما تكره"، (وفي رواية: ما يسؤك/ 1090).
814/1060 (Hasan al-Isnad) from Muslim ibn Nudhail who said: A man asked Hudhayfah, saying: "Should I seek permission to enter upon my mother?" He replied: "If you do not seek her permission, you will see what you dislike." (And in another narration: what will upset you/1090).
