Hadith 808
808/1053 (صحيح) عن عائشة رضي الله عنها، قالت: "كنت آكل مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حَيساً(1)، فمر عمر، فدعاه فأكل، فأصابت يده إصبعي، فقال: حسَّ! لو أطاع فيكُنَّ ما رأتكن عينٌ، فنزل الحجاب"(2).
808/1053 (Sahih) From Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, who said: "I was eating hais with the Prophet, peace be upon him, and Umar passed by, so he called him and he ate. His hand touched my finger, so he said: 'Hiss!' If he had obeyed regarding you (women), no eye would have seen you. Then the verse of hijab was revealed."
Hadith 809
809/1054 (صحيح) عن أم صبيّة(3) بنت قيس- وهي : خولة، جدّة خارجة بن الحارث- قالت: اختلفت يدي ويد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في إناء واحدٍ".
809/1054 (Sahih) From Umm Sabiyyah(3) bint Qais – and she is: Khawlah, the grandmother of Kharijah ibn al-Harith – she said: "My hand and the hand of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, reached into the same vessel."
