Hadith 807
807/1052 (صحيح الإسناد) عن ثعلبة بن أبي مالك القرظي(1) : أنه قال: ركب إلىعبد الله بن سويد – أخي بني حارثة بن الحارث- يسأله عن العورات الثلاث، وكان يعمل بهن، فقال: ما تريد؟ فقلت: أريد أن أعمل بهن، فقال: "إذا وضعت ثيابي من الظهيرة، لم يدخل علي أحد من أهلي بلغ الحلم إلا بإذني، إلا أن أدعوه، فذلك إذنه. ولا إذا طلع الفجر وتحرّك(2) الناس، حتى تصلى الصلاة، ولا إذا صليت العشاء ووضعت ثيابي حتى أنام".
807/1052 (authentic chain) from Tha‘labah ibn Abi Malik al-Qurazi: He said: He rode to ‘Abd Allah ibn Suwayd – the brother of Banu Harithah ibn al-Harith – to ask him about the three times of privacy, and he used to act upon them. He said: "What do you want?" I said: I want to act upon them. He said: 'When I put down my clothes at midday, none of my family who has reached puberty enters upon me except with my permission, unless I call him, for that is his permission. Nor when dawn breaks and people begin to move, until the prayer is performed. Nor when I have prayed ‘Isha and put down my clothes until I sleep.'"
