782/1020- (Hasan) From Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, passed by a group of people among whom was a man wearing perfume. He looked at them, greeted them with peace, and turned away from the man. The man said, "Did you turn away from me!?" He said: "Between his eyes is a burning coal."(1).

Hadith 783
783/1021- From Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As ibn Wa'il al-Sahmi: A man came to the Prophet, peace be upon him, with a ring of gold on his hand, so the Prophet, peace be upon him, turned away from him. When the man saw his dislike, he went and threw away the ring, and took a ring of iron and wore it, then came to the Prophet, peace be upon him. He said: "This is worse; this is the adornment of the people of the Fire." So he went back, threw it away, and wore a ring of silver, and the Prophet, peace be upon him, remained silent about it.
