Sahih Adab al-Mufrad

751/973- (Hasan al-Isnad) From Abd al-Rahman ibn Ruzayn who said: We passed by al-Rabadhah, and it was said to us: Here is Salamah ibn al-Akwa‘. So we came to him and greeted him with salam, and he extended his hands and said: With these two I pledged allegiance to the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Then he extended a large palm, as if it were the palm of a camel, so we stood up to it and kissed it.
