Sahih Adab al-Mufrad

750/970- (Hasan) From Jabir ibn Abdullah: That a report reached him from a man among the companions of the Prophet, peace be upon him, so I bought a camel and traveled for a month until I reached al-Sham. There was Abdullah ibn Unais, so I sent word to him that Jabir is at the door. The messenger returned and said: Jabir ibn Abdullah? I said yes. He came out and embraced me. I said: A hadith has reached me that I have not heard; I feared that I might die or you might die. He said: I heard the Prophet, peace be upon him, say: "Allah will gather the servants—or the people—bare, uncircumcised, and buhma." I said: What is buhma? He said: "They have nothing with them. Then He will call them with a voice that will be heard by those far away—I think he said: just as it is heard by those near: I am the King. It is not fitting for anyone from the people of Paradise to enter Paradise while someone from the people of the Fire seeks from him a wrong." And it is not fitting for anyone from the people of the Fire to enter the Fire while someone from the people of Paradise seeks from him a wrong." I said: How? When we come to Allah bare and buhma? He said: "With good deeds and bad deeds."
