Hadith 711
711/921- عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إذا عطس[ أحدكم/927] فليقل: الحمد لله، فإذا قال [الحمد لله]، فليقل له أخوه أو صاحبه: يرحمك الله، فإذا قال له: يرحمك الله، فليقل [هو]: يهديك الله، ويصلح بالك". قال أبو عبد الله: أثبت ما يروى في هذا الباب هذا الحديث.
711/921- From Abu Huraira, from the Prophet, peace be upon him, who said: "If one of you sneezes[ أحدكم/927], let him say: Alhamdulillah (praise be to Allah). If he says [الحمد لله], then his brother or companion should say to him: May Allah have mercy on you. If he says to him: May Allah have mercy on you, then let him say [هو]: May Allah guide you and rectify your condition." Abu Abdullah said: The most authentic narration in this chapter is this hadith.
