Sahih Adab al-Mufrad

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: When a strong wind would blow, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would say: «اللهم إني أسألك من خير ما أُرسلت به ، وأعوذ بك من شر ما أرسلت به» "O Allah! I ask You for the good with which it has been sent, and I seek refuge with You from the evil with which it has been sent."

Salamah (who is Ibn Akwa’) narrates that he said: When a strong wind would blow, the Prophet (ﷺ) used to say: «اللهم لاقحاً، لا عقيماً» “O Allah! Let this wind be for good and not barren.”
