Hadith 501
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ascended the pulpit. When he stepped on the first step, he said: "Ameen." Then when he ascended the second step, he said: "Ameen." Then when he ascended the third step, he said: "Ameen." The people asked, "O Messenger of Allah! We heard you say 'Ameen' three times?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When I ascended the first step, Jibreel came to me and said: 'Wretched is the servant who finds Ramadan and lets it pass without being forgiven.' I said: 'Ameen.' Then he said: 'Wretched is the servant who finds his parents, one or both of them, in old age and does not enter Paradise by serving them.' I said: 'Ameen.' Then he said: 'Wretched is the person in whose presence your name is mentioned and he does not send blessings upon you.' I said: 'Ameen.'"

Hadith 503

You did not use to do this before. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Jibreel said to me, ‘May his nose be rubbed in dust, the one who finds his parents or one of them in old age, and yet he does not enter Paradise (by serving them).’ I said: Ameen. Then he said, ‘May his nose be rubbed in dust, the one who witnesses the month of Ramadan and is not forgiven.’ I said: Ameen. Hadith 504
It is narrated from Sayyidah Juwayriyyah bint Harith bin Abi Dhirar (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went out from her place. This Juwayriyyah is the one whose name was Barrah; the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) changed her name to Juwayriyyah. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went out from her place, and he disliked to go to her while her name was Barrah. Then he returned to her after the day had advanced, and she was still sitting as before. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Have you remained sitting here as you were?" She replied in the affirmative. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "After I left you, I said four phrases three times. If they were weighed against what you have said, they would outweigh them: 'Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi, ‘adada khalqihi, wa rida nafsihi, wa zinata ‘arshihi, wa midada (or: wa madad) kalimatihi.'"
