Hadith 475
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When any one of you makes supplication, he should not say, '(O Allah) if You will, then grant it,' but he should supplicate with determination and increase his request, for nothing is too great for Allah to give."

Hadith 476
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When any one of you supplicates, he should do so with full determination, and he should not say (and in one narration: When you supplicate to Allah, supplicate with full determination, and none of you should say): 'O Allah! If You wish, give me,' because there is no one who can compel Allah."
