Hadith 373
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Beware of oppression, for oppression will be darkness upon darkness on the Day of Resurrection. And beware of miserliness, for miserliness destroyed those before you. It led them to shed each other's blood and to make lawful what was forbidden to them."

Hadith 375
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he (peace be upon him) said: "When the people of faith are saved from Hell (the Bridge of Sirat), they will be stopped on a bridge between Paradise and Hell, and they will settle the wrongs they committed against each other in the world. And when they are purified and cleansed, then they will be allowed to enter Paradise. So, by the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), each of them will recognize his dwelling in Paradise better than he recognized it in the world."

Hadith 376
Abu Wada'hi narrates that Masruq and Shatir bin Shakl gathered together in the mosque, so all the circles in the mosque converged towards them. Upon this, Masruq said, "I think these people have gathered around us only to hear something good. Either you narrate from Abdullah and I will confirm, or I will narrate from Abdullah and you confirm." He said, "O Abu Aishah, you narrate." He said, "Have you heard Abdullah bin Mas'ud say that the eyes commit adultery, the hands commit adultery, the feet commit adultery, and the private part either confirms or denies it?" He said, "Yes (I have heard it)." He said, "I have also heard it." He said, "Have you also heard from Abdullah that there is no verse in the Noble Qur'an greater than this verse in which all lawful and unlawful, commands and prohibitions have been mentioned? That verse is: «إن الله يأمر بالعدل والإحسان وإيتاء ذي القربى» 'Indeed, Allah commands justice and good conduct and giving to relatives.'" He said, "Yes." He said, "I have also heard it." He said, "Have you also heard from Abdullah that there is no verse in the Noble Qur'an that removes people's difficulties more quickly than this verse: «ومن يتق الله يجعل له مخرجا» 'And whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out.'" He said, "Yes." He said, "I have also heard it." He said, "Have you also heard from Abdullah that there is no verse in the Noble Qur'an in which there is greater reliance (submission) than this: «يا عبادي الذين أسرفوا على أنفسهم لا تقنطوا» 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves, do not despair of the mercy of Allah.'" He said, "Yes." He said, "I have also heard it."

Hadith 377
Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and he narrates from Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, that Allah said: "O My servants! Indeed, I have made oppression unlawful for Myself and I have made it unlawful for you as well, so do not oppress one another. O My servants! You commit sins day and night, and I am the One who forgives all sins, and it does not concern Me. Seek forgiveness from Me, I will forgive you. O My servants! All of you are hungry except those whom I feed, so ask Me for food, I will feed you. O My servants! All of you are unclothed except those whom I clothe, so ask Me for clothing, I will clothe you. O My servants! If the first and the last of you, and all humans and jinn among you, were to become as pious as the most pious heart among you, that would not increase My dominion in the least. And if the most wicked heart among you were to become as wicked as possible, that would not decrease My dominion in the least. If all of you were to gather in one plain and ask Me, and I were to give every person what he asked for, that would not decrease what I possess any more than a needle decreases the sea when dipped into it once. O My servants! These are your deeds which I account for you. So whoever finds good, let him praise Allah, and whoever finds otherwise, let him blame no one but himself." (Imam Shafi'i) Whenever Abu Idris narrated this hadith, he would rest both his knees on the ground.
