Hadith 343
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Allah is pleased with three things for you and displeased with three things. He likes for you that you worship Him, do not associate anything with Him, and all of you hold fast to the rope of Allah together, and that you show goodwill to those whom Allah has placed in authority over you (i.e., the rulers). And He dislikes for you idle talk, excessive questioning, and wasting wealth.” (There are three meanings of questioning: one should not ask too many questions regarding religious rulings, should not beg from people, and should not ask people personal questions.)

Hadith 344
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) regarding the saying of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic: «وَمَاأَنْفَقْتُمْمِنْشَيْءٍفَهُوَيَخْلُفُهُوَهُوَخَيْرُالرَّازِقِينَ» "And whatever you spend, Allah will replace it, and He is the best of providers." In its explanation, it is reported that this is except for extravagance and miserliness.
