Hadith 320
It is narrated from Wahb bin Kaysan, who lived during the time of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), he says: Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) saw a shepherd and goats grazing in a barren (ruined place), and he also saw a better place, so he said, "May Allah reward you, O shepherd! Drive the goats (to the better place). I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say that every shepherd is responsible (answerable) for his flock."
