Hadith 247
247/324 (حسن الإسناد) عن علي بن أبي طالب رضي الله عنه قال: " القائل الفاحشة، والذي يشيع بها، في الإثم سواء".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: The one who utters obscene words and the one who spreads them, both have equal sin.
Hadith 248
248/325(حسن الإسناد) عن شبيل بن عوفٍ قال: كان يقال: "من سمع بفاحشة فأفشاها، فهو فيها كالذي أبداها".
It is narrated from Shabeel bin Auf that he said: It is said that whoever hears an obscene thing and spreads it, then in this matter he is just like the one who initiated it himself.
Hadith 249
249/326(حسن الإسناد) عن عطاء: " أنه كان يرى النّكال على من أشاع الزنا، يقول: أشاع الفاحشة".
It is narrated from Ata that he believed that a person who spreads or publicizes acts of adultery, that is, acts of indecency, should be punished.
