Hadith 168
168/228 عن أبي برزة الأسلمي قال: قلت: يا رسول الله! دلني على عمل يدخلني الجنة، قال: "أمطِ الأذى عن طريق الناس".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Barzah Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: I asked, "O Messenger of Allah! Tell me of an action that will lead me to Paradise." He said: "Remove harmful things from the pathways of people."

196/229 عن أبي هريرة [رضي الله عنه] عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "مرّ رجل مسلم بشوك في الطريق، فقال: لأميطن هذا الشوك، لا يضر رجلاً مسلماً، فغفر له".
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: "A Muslim man passed by a thorny branch that was on the road. He said: I will surely remove these thorns (from the path) so that they do not harm any Muslim person. So that person was forgiven."

170/230 عن أبي ذر قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "عرضت علي أعمال أمتي – حسنها وسيئها- فوجدت في محاسن أعمالها : أن الأذى يماط عن الطريق، ووجدت في مساوئ أعمالها : النخاعة في المسجد لا تدفن".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The good and bad deeds of my Ummah were presented before me, and among their good deeds I found: removing something harmful from the road; and among their bad deeds I found: phlegm that was spat in the mosque and not buried."
