باب من آذى جاره حتى يخرجWho harms his neighbor until he leaves

94/127 (صحيح الإسناد)– عن أبي عامر الحمصي قال: كان ثوبان يقول: " ما من رجلين يتصارمان فوق ثلاثة أيام، فيهلك أحدهما، فماتا وهما على ذلك من المصارمة، إلا هلكا جميعاً، وما من جارٍ يظلم جاره ويقهره، حتى يحمله ذلك على أن يخرج من منزله، إلا هلك".
It is narrated from Abu Amir Hamsi, he said that Sayyiduna Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say: Whenever two people keep a break in relations with each other for more than three days, then one of them is ruined. And if both die while maintaining this break, then both are destroyed. And if a person oppresses his neighbor and overpowers him to the extent that he forces him to leave his house, then such a person is destroyed.
