924/1213(صحيح) عن البراء بن عازب قال: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا أوى إلى فراشه نام على شقة الأيمن، ثم قال: " اللهم أسلمت نفسي إليك، ووجهت بوجهي إليك، وفوضت أمري إليك، وألجأت ظهري إليك؛ رغبة ورهبة إليك، لا منجا ولا ملجأ منك إلا إليك، آمنت بكتابك الذي أنزلت، ونبيك الذي أرسلت". قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "من قالهن ثم مات تحت ليلته مات على الفطرة".
924/1213 (Sahih) From Al-Bara’ ibn ‘Azib who said: When the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would go to his bed, he would lie on his right side, then say: "O Allah, I have submitted myself to You, and I have turned my face to You, and I have entrusted my affairs to You, and I have relied my back upon You; in desire and fear of You. There is no refuge and no escape from You except to You. I believe in Your Book which You have revealed, and in Your Prophet whom You have sent." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever says these words and then dies during that night, dies upon the natural disposition (fitrah)."
